FOR IMPROVING THE FAIRGROUNDS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) for improving the fairgrounds in Santa Fe county.
