46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE PUEBLO OF ACOMA IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase a modular building for use by a fitness center in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase a police transport van in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct a new water storage tank in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase three new ambulances for the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to purchase a new ladder truck for the fire department in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase a new van for after-school activities in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to construct a dialysis unit in the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county.
