FOR DEVELOPING A COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM FOR THE GREATER CHIMAYO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) for community water system construction, improvements and equipment for the greater Chimayo mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
