REQUESTED BY Dianna J. Duran

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to rehabilitate the community ditch reservoir in Tularosa in Otero county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($365,000) for a water development project to divert water from Tularosa creek and store winter water in an off-stream reservoir in Tularosa in Otero county.
