FOR PHASE 1 LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase 1 of pedestrian lighting improvements to complement street lighting enhancements and intersection improvements in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
