FOR THE WEST MESA COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy-eight thousand dollars ($178,000) to plan, design, construct or renovate the West Mesa community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
