FOR A NEW HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND CAFETERIA FLOOR FOR JAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE JAL PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

two hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($255,000) for a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system for the cafeteria and hallway and for a new floor for the cafeteria for Jal elementary school in the Jal public school district in Lea county.
