FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND WATER LINE EXTENSIONS IN LA MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for water line extensions and water system improvements in La Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

• to the department of transportation

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for street improvements in La Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
