SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 193

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ROY IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve water lines in Roy in Harding county; and

• to the department of transportation

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for street improvements in Roy in Harding county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve downtown sidewalks in Roy in Harding county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to acquire land for, plan, design, remodel and construct or acquire a building for municipal use in Roy in Harding county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to improve the village park in Roy in Harding county.
