FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK IN FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction of a veterans' memorial park in Farmington in San Juan county.
