FOR REPLACEMENT OF CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL FACILITY BLEACHERS WITH AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990-COMPLIANT BLEACHERS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to replace the current bleachers with new bleachers that are compliant under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Cibola high school baseball facility in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
