FOR A BATTERED FAMILIES SHELTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

nine hundred fifty-one thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($951,420) to plan, design, construct, equip and acquire the land for a battered families shelter in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
