FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WEED WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-three thousand four hundred thirty dollars ($123,430) for water system improvements, including drilling a well and purchasing and installing a storage tank, for the Weed water users association in Otero county.
