FOR A WELL PROJECT IN CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to drill a well, including related piping, pumps and electrical supply improvements, in Chama in Rio Arriba county.
