FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY AND SANITARY SEWER EXTENSIONS IN CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to design and construct improvements to the wastewater treatment facility and to extend the sanitary sewer system in Chama in Rio Arriba county.
