FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FAMBROUGH MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million two hundred forty-one thousand four hundred thirty dollars ($2,241,430) for improvements, including additional water storage capacity and water hydrants, replacement of water lines, relocation of water hydrants and development of an old well for backup, to the Fambrough mutual domestic water consumers association in Hagerman in Chaves county.
