FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A METAL CANOPY AT THE FAIRGROUNDS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for construction of a metal canopy at the fairgrounds in Otero county.
