REQUESTED BY John Pinto

FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ADULT RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three million four hundred thousand dollars ($3,400,000) to construct an adult residential treatment center in Shiprock in San Juan county.
