FOR PHASE 1 OF THE WASTE CONVERSION PILOT PROJECT FOR SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 1 of the waste conversion pilot project to convert green waste and wastewater into fertilizer and soil enhancement products in Sandoval county.
