FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION AT THE HILAND THEATER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for construction and renovations, including replacing the roof, refurbishing the seating and constructing the fly-loft, at the Hiland theater in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
