I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of transportation
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to reconstruct sewer drainage on Yucca and Central avenues in

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration
twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to
plan, design and construct a roadway screening wall on the east side of
Ninety-eighth street south of San Ignacio in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
•
to the office of cultural affairs
twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to
construct an educational complex and to equip a television studio for the national
Hispanic cultural center in

to the public education department
twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to
acquire textbooks for the southwest area neighborhood schools in the
