FOR CONSTRUCTING THE ARCHIVE BUILDING FOR THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) for constructing the archive building for the historical society for southeast New Mexico, including purchasing a heating, air conditioning and ventilation unit and installing an elevator, landscaping, sidewalks and a parking lot, in Roswell in Chaves county.
