FOR A DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROOSEVELT AND CHAVES COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($228,000) to upgrade, purchase and install technology and related infrastructure to deliver course work to students in outlying areas for eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt and Chaves counties.
