HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1079

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to improve west McGaffey street in Chaves county; and

•to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred sixteen thousand dollars ($416,000) to construct a drill tower for the fire training center in Chaves county.
