FOR THE HIGHLAND THEATER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to replace the roof at the Highland theater and refurbish and reposition the seats in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
