FOR PURCHASING A DUMP TRUCK, BACKHOE AND GRADER FOR ENCINO IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for purchasing a dump truck, backhoe and grader for Encino in Torrance county.
