HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1005

FOR A WATER FILTRATION FACILITY FOR ESPANOLA AND THE GREATER CHIMAYO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SANTA FE AND RIO ARRIBA COUNTIES AND WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AT SOMBRILLO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four million seventy-four thousand seven hundred ninety-two dollars ($4,074,792) to plan, design and construct a water filtration facility for Espanola and the greater Chimayo mutual domestic water consumers association in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties; and

one million three hundred seventy thousand eight hundred twenty-eight dollars ($1,370,828) for water and sanitary sewer improvements at the Sombrillo elementary school in Santa Fe county.
