FOR RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for renovations, improvements, including to lights, planters and lampposts, and the purchase of benches for downtown Carlsbad in Eddy county.
