FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. RECREATION COMPLEX PHASE 2 IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to plan, design and construct the Martin Luther King, Jr. recreation complex phase 2, including inline hockey court, restrooms, fencing and lighting, in Artesia in Eddy county.
