HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 990

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Edward C. Sandoval

FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT WEST MESA AND CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements and repairs to the swimming pool at West Mesa high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for improvements to baseball fields at Cibola high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
