FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF VISTA DEL NORTE PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for planning, design and construction of Vista del Norte park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
