FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM IN THE VILLAGE OF COLUMBUS IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve the water system, including distribution, supply and storage, and bring it into compliance with federal environmental regulations in the village of Columbus in Luna county.
