REQUESTED BY J. Paul Taylor

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE LAS CRUCES PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for the purchase and installation of a playground structure, swings and shade structure for the Fairacres elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for the purchase and installation of a playground structure, swings and shade structure for the Mesilla elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county.
