FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE "JUMP START" PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME CHILDREN IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two thousand dollars ($2,000) for information technology for the "jump start" program for low-income children in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
