FOR A FIVE-YEAR PLAN ON COUNTY INFRASTRUCTURE IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a five-year plan for county facility infrastructure in Mora county.
