FOR PHASE 3 OF THE ADOBE OVERHEAD POWERLINE EXTENSIONS IN THE HUERFANO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to conduct phase 3 of archaeological clearance, environmental assessment, biological survey and right-of-way easement for the Adobe overhead powerline extension project in the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
