FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES, IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE GOLF COURSE AT NEW MEXCIO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for design and construction of facilities, improvements and equipment for the golf course at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
