FOR ACQUIRING LAND AND MAKING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LAS CRUCES AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($256,000) for acquiring land and making improvements to drainage, utilities, streets, sidewalks and facilities for the Las Cruces affordable housing development to provide houses for the mentally ill in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
