FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

seven hundred eighty-eight thousand dollars ($788,000) for infrastructure improvements at the Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
