FOR RENOVATING FACILITIES AND PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR THE RODEO PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for renovating facilities and purchasing equipment for the rodeo program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
