HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 699

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and construct a facility to house and counsel nonviolent inmates at the detention center in Lincoln county;

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to renovate the old detention center for office space for Lincoln county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct a public health facility to house the state public health entities in Lincoln county.
