FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DESERT SANDS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for water system improvements for the Desert Sands mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
