FOR ACQUIRING LAND FOR THE RIO GRANDE BOSQUE PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for acquiring land for the Rio Grande bosque park in Dona Ana county.
