REQUESTED BY Joseph Cervantes

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE INTRAMURAL ATHLETICS PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for lighting improvements at athletic facilities for the intramural athletics program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for equipment for the intramural athletics program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
