FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA CLARA IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for wastewater system improvements in Santa Clara in Grant county.
