FOR NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT FOR DORMITORIES AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for network communications equipment for dormitories at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
