FOR LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR THE NATURAL SCIENCES DEPARTMENT AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for laboratory equipment for the natural sciences department at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
