FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SANTA FE COMMUNITY LIBRARY IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for purchase of books for the Santa Fe community library in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
