HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 594

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct an overpass on New Mexico highway 467 and the railroad in Curry county;

two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) for improvements to county road 16 from county road J to county road Q in Curry county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to county road K from county road 4 to county road 6 in Curry county;

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for improvements to county road F from county road 6 to county road 7 in Curry county;

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) for improvements to county road G from county road 5 to county road 9 in Curry county;

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for improvements to county road 23 from county road I to county road J in Curry county; and

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for improvements to county road H from county road 22 to county road 21 in Curry county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate a facility for the adult detention center in Curry county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct a special events center at the fairgrounds in Curry county.
