FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF AN AGRICULTURAL CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) for the design, construction and equipping of an agricultural center in Taos county.
